COURSE & PROGRAM USER AGREEMENTS

As a purchaser of any program created by Houston Intimacy & Attachment Institute LLC and its affiliate companies (Black Girls Heal, Shena Tubbs, etc), you agree that all information contained within your purchased program is for YOUR sole use and is not to be shared with anyone (including, but not limited to, allowing others to review the videos with you, sharing copies of any downloads, PDFs, portions of the workbooks, links, and anything associated with the program.

By purchasing, you understand and agree that  ANY form of replication of any materials found within the purchased program(s) is strictly prohibited and will result in violation of the Terms + Conditions and possible legal action.

As a purchaser, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that the full amount of each program must be paid in full. If on payment plan, it cannot be opted out of at any time for any reason and is eligible to be reported to collection agencies to collect payment.

As a purchaser, if community access and coaching support is included, you agree to maintain to all community safety guidelines including respecting the confidentiality of all students by not sharing any personal identifying information of other students including, but not limited to names, intimate details, screenshots, etc with outside parties. Community safety guidelines also include maintaining a strict, no bullying and harrassing policy towards all students AND coaching and administrative staff. Rights to all community access and coaching will be revoked without refund if you are found in breach of this agreement.

Although course provider is a licensed LPC, all content and information in this course is for informational and educational purposes only does not constitute medical advice and does not establish any kind of therapist patient, counselor patient, psychologist patient relationship, or clinician patient relationship by participation in this program.  The information provided during the course will be general and is not a substitute for any kind of professional advice specific to any individual participant. Always consult a professional in the area for your particular needs in circumstances prior to making any professional legal medical and financial or tax related decisions. As a result, Participant is not entitled to the benefits and requirements of a doctor patient relationship. 

Provider strives to provide a comprehensive consulting and or coaching program to assist participants better their lives. This program may take place in a group setting; Therefore, due to the potentially group format of this course, the identities of participants will not be confidential. Furthermore, Provider retains the right to utilize any photographs, video and audio recordings that may reveal the identity of Participants for marketing and advertising purposes. Although, Provider will not actively disclose communications between Provider and Participant, such commutations are not required to be kept confidential.  

While Provider may record the course, provider is not required to retain any detailed or accurate records of services, dates of services, billing information, or client information, of any participant for any specified amount of time. Further because provider is not offering its services as a therapist or clinician, provider is under no obligation and shall not operate under any HIPAA regulations or mandates as it relates to information revealed in the course of services. In the event that Provider chooses to retain those records, provider may dispose such records at any time and in any manner provider deems reasonably appropriate. 

The well-being and safety of participants is of upmost importance to Provider; however, Provider will not be regarded as a mandatory reporter for any information provided or revealed during the course.
