Led by a formally trained therapist. this coaching program, though there is a heavy emphasis on dating, is focused on helping you heal from the impact of unresolved trauma in your relationships by learning and unlearning healthy relationship patterns.
You will learn how to balance and build boundaries not only in romantic partnerships, but also your friendships, family relationships, and drastically improve your self esteem. The BGH Method seeks to help you stay available in ALL aspects of your life, not just some as they are all interconnected.
