This book is an incredible read that normalizes the impact of attachment onto our sexuality, our relationship with our bodies, trauma, and that every woman is different in regards to sex drive and what is important to her even in the healthiest of circumstances. Nagoski expertly breaks down how to connect with yourself and others, identifying what you want and healing what may feel stuck.

A cornerstone of most, Levine does an incredible job of clearly breaking down not only what do anxious and avoidant attachment styles look like but also what does secure attachment look like. Levine breaks down the root factors and also what to do about it.

The Power of the Subconscious Mind

Why I Recommend This Book:
This book gives you complete examples and breakdowns of how to rewire your subconscious mind and train yourself to how to think differently. You WILL reread this book multiple times over your lifetime to stay current, as refreshers and to grow. At each level you will need deeper development.

It’s Not Your Money

Why I Recommend This Book:
When working through poverity and lack mindset, the one of the core fears is not feeling safe and that there is not enough. This book breaks down 1) how to change your mindset to believe that there is enough and also 2) train yourself on how to be ready to receive it so that you are not sabotaging the abundance when it comes in.
