Reclaiming Me - Restoring Your Heart to Love (Charlotte, NC)

You've been feeling disenchanted, overwhelmed, and a bit hopeless regarding what the future looks like for you in regards to your relationship with yourself and others,

Relationship disappointment, lack of closure, and the fear of loneliness keeps you stuck and as if you are not the version of the woman that you believe you are supposed to be.

You wonder if you've made a wrong turn, if the work you are doing to improve yourself is actually helping, and when EXACTLY is it that you actually get to feel "safe."

Balancing moments of hope and positivity with loss and confusion gets hard, and managing the heartbreaks along the way only makes it harder.

At this workshop, we will combine the best of psychoeducation, bodywork, and practical skills to begin the process of "Reclaiming Me" and effectively bringing what you've learned back to your everyday life.
